3. Orders & Acceptance

• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
• This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
• In case of cancellation, a full refund will be processed.

• The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Customized or discounted items may not be eligible for return.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
• Refunds for prepaid cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.
